Ascents in Eastern Suburbs

We went south to north this time, which makes route finding super easy. Spicy rock quality. Only one pitch you'll want to rope up for, the rest is a pleasant scramble.

If you go north to south, you might explore a number of sketchy ledges until they thin out. Maybe you'll try to clip some barnacled chains, but they'll disintegrate in your hands...

If you start at the Bondi end, it's obvious when to rope up and where to go.

Nice hold selection. Sandy top spooked me a little. Good warm up for the area!

Start is very awkward.

That move from the corner jug to the rail is HUGE - couldn't do it in isolation but somehow made it work on my send attempt.

Low start feels a bit bunched but moving to the face is fun and flowy. One big slap!

found this fun little grippy arete full of scoops and edges. last climb of the day and only just had it in me.
