Ascents of Arrow as Onsight

Fun route with interesting moves. Wont give it another go for a while now knowing about the wasps nest at the anchor.

Onsighted! Really enjoyed the moves and the drill hole made for an interesting start

Pretty runout first bolt. Weird top that felt like it had no flow. Gate corroded at anchor and can't be opened, so might need some new hardware there at some point.

WARNING. Bloody wasp nest right under the anchors. Did my best to go around and not disturb...Not good enough...they launched a coordinated assault moments before I had a chance to clip the anchors. Some long clothes and a beekeepers hat might be wise for this route!

Super run out, tricky up top

That first bolt sure is high! Gets a little pumpy towards the top but in all a nice climb.

Forgot my headtorch but still got the onsite. Wasn't intuitive climbing though and we set up our own gear down the bottom in a drill hole to make ourselves feel safer.

Actually not too bad. Start was interesting and not as hard as it looks from the ground. I slung the drill hole, but probably wouldn't feel the need now I know where the holds are. Middle section has some nice holds and movement. Almost stuffed the finish as I went too high before stepping right.

My first time on this climb and probably my last. Very gritty after the rain over the weekend. Was happy enough attempting on top rope, and not leading.

Was good. Hot in the Arvo sun

Looks intimidating with the bolt spacing, but climbs well

Onsight of the popular Arrow. Loved it! Felt solid the whole way. Slung the drill hole.
