A great route on good rock, in an engaging position. Enjoyable water-polished rock. The essence of this climb seemed to be sustained moves at gr22 throughout the route, with no distinctly easier or harder moves, but good stances (it's mostly slabby) throughout. Quite technical and thin.

With Neil. The classic of the crag. P1 - Red Point (didn't find the crucial hold around the left side of the arete and barn-doored off.); P2 - Onsight (linked into P1); P3 - Onsight. Sure, there are some sections of fragile rock, but the quality of climbing is top notch. You might TRY to escape the arete, but one way or another you're going to arete climb your way up the entire route. Encompasses the full spectrum of technical arete moves, and is steeper than you think.

Climbed as one big pitch. Covers some amazingly steep and exposed terrain, though never really gets difficult. The rock quality is a mixed bag, but it didn't detract from the enjoyment of the route. The thin moves up the slabby headwall are undoubtedly the icing on the cake.
