At 80m height, The Nose is the biggest wall on Mount Krobo. Lots of possible routes can be found here.
In the moment 10 GHC for access is paid to the local farmer. This fee helps pay for trail access maintenance. Please call him: +223249309243
Best way is to hike to the top of Mount Krobo and rappel down. The beginning of the route is the same as to the Fudge Boulder, but continues to the top for another 30 min. A machete is required to cut your way through the high grass, as this part is not so frequently used. Access from the bottom can be a bigger challenge as there is no way (lots of cutting) and the hill is steep. Wear long pants for the way up if possible.
We have a bolting committee, that should be asked before bolting. It's to ensure that we use equipment for this tropical environment.
It took a long time until this area was explored, because of the exhausting way to the top and the confusing terrain. Anthony Rouhana and Ziad Orfali managed to bolt the first route on the Nose after several attempts.
