Release 56 - Discovering Web-Covers

Web-Cover images were way more popular than we expected going from 9 to 150 images in a couple of weeks. In this release we have made Web-Covers more discoverable. For example you can find all worldwide Web-Covers via the photos menu at the top of the page.

Here is an article about Web-Covers:

Also you may have noticed our new logo slowly making it's way to various parts of the system. It has now made it to our main web system. This is a symbolic milestone because it represents the beginning of a major design overhaul with the system over the coming months.

Finally there was a lot of work done in the API to help the upcoming app sync with the server. While you will not notice any of this work for a while, again it is very important because without it we will not have an app. App should be released in coming months as well.

Thanks. Please checkout the webcover of https://www.thecrag.com/climbing/germany/schwaebische-alb/area/249521403. The focus is strange. Did I something wrong?

Not doing anything wrong. For some reason the code is getting the original width and height flipped.

Simon Dale extraordinary response time! THX

I needed to know what that was because it looked like it could effect a lot of images for this feature. It took some time to work out the problem and about 2 minutes to fix once I worked it out.
