Really nice route. Because it’s hidden behind the annoying bush I will mention a #4 is handy. Did quite different approach to Dave due to reach at the start to get crack. Then quite sustained climbing but good stances for gear.

Very easy route, mostly a scramble. Potentially we picked a different route after pitch 2, only marginally higher than the grades for ordinary trees. Attempted to link into Aphrodite but not achievable without a down climb after the second pitch. Either way nice introductory climb to blow out the trad cobwebs.

An absolute classic Christmas day send ft. my anxious crying mother. Short roped for 5 pitches (safety first). Boldly up to the eyrie. z dragging the entire final pitch ft. a mid-route panic attack; completely off route on some questionable (definitely not grade 5) terrain. A GLORIOUS FESTIVE FAMILY OUTING ~ and a great introduction to climbing for a nervous relative. I'm thrilled to announce, that giving up is not in the blood; AND THAT THE TREE IS NOT FAR FROM THE FALLEN APPLE VICTORY OR DEATH All in all great route; suitable for all ages, 10/10 would recommend

Borderline type2 kinda afternoon but a great route! First pitch is crap and considered bailing at this point due to impending nightfall combined with a disappointing start. Pushed on and next couple of pitches were glorious with great vistas at belay and easy pro! Took the harder but seemingly more direct (it's not) route up to cave and traversed across for last push to top. Sunset turned to night and a mild panic when we realised we only had one headlamp. Split last pitch into 3 to share the light and the chimney turned out to be probably my favourite pitch of the day.
