Cranked off a finger lock, yeah!! NYE present. Worth getting up terribly early to get on the climb early before the heat of Canberra summer hit. Two apparent cruxes.

Good warmup. Up & over to L of overhang. Used a foot hook.

Pebbles are solid, although they don't look it! Used 2ndry slop on RHS to get to 1st bolt.

Now 3FH avail + DBB, no need for wires for the last runner. Use long slings.

Don't rebound onto the tree. Long slings. A tad runout after last FH.

Confronting, but good. My first Tas crack climb.

Liked better than Cordon Bleu, probably because I'm more used to the non-crack moves.

Nice route. Some lichen & holds which look loose, but aren't. I stayed left of the bolts.

Not just a knee bar, but a whole leg bar, just above the overhang.

Needs a broom to clean it. Hard to climb with eyes & ears closed.

Similar to cab sav. 2 new bolts on ledge approx 2m below existing rusty ones.

Great if you're short. Many banged shins if you're not.

Watch the holds on the overhang, some are loose, weak, or now, missing.

Don't stray to the lhs crack, this is much nicer.

Haiy between last bolt & anchors. Take largish pro for horizontal break. Longer than 10m?

Easy enough for newbies to lead.
