Ascents in Blue Mountains as Onsight by Phillip Booth

Really enjoyed the first pitch with a good variety of climbing. Second pitch probably had the hardest moves but not sustained and shorter then the first pitch. Third pitch was the easiest, could knock a couple grades off and I don't think anyone would question it. Final pitch no giveaway at 14. I'd say 'trad 14'.

I didn't mind this. I see why it gets 14 and also see why people think it's a sandbag. Obviously 2nd to clean.

Not sure I'd give it two stars. Some fun climbing early leads to easy ramble on spaced bolts.

Warm up. Good face climbing from break to break at the grade.

Warm up. Might be the worst climb I've done on this wall in terms of movement and rock quality.

Fun until 4th bolt then an easy romp to the top.

Warm up. Seemed easy for the grade compared to neighbours.

Warm up. Maybe the best of the easy climbs I've done here so far.

Cool down. Climbed right of the first few bolts (following the obvious line of holds. Rock quality up this end is not great.

Great warm up with quality climbing. Gets easier as you climb higher. First pitch only.

1st pitch only. Fun climbing to start the day. A move here and there with good gear.

First climb of the day. Good fun at the grade with some good finger crack moves for the crux. Dawdle to the top after this.

Intimidating start but all good once you get going. Minimal off width moves required thankfully

Cool long reach move from underclings that will shutdown anyone too short to make the span. Pretty cruisy at the grade with plenty of effectively no hands rest along the way

Great climbing. First 3 bolts up easy slab then onto slightly overhung headwall with good holds exactly where you need them.

Great climb at the grade. Interesting climbing with great views.

Stellar position and stellar climbing (despite some suspect rock throughout).

Pitch 3 is definitely the money pitch with huge exposure whilst pulling on smaller holds.

1st pitch only. Super fun consistent climbing and not too hard at the grade.

First section of this climb up the arete is great then get's into easy ledgey territory.

Awesome climb with cool movement throughout and some nice variance.

Poor rock quality. Wouldn't recommend. You're better off doing anything else around this.

Great fun on big big holds. Jugs all the way. Be careful with the loose block in the 2nd cave.

Great fun in a great position with the hardest moves off the ground and through the first few clips. Didn't seem any harder then the 19 next door

Good fun. Felt like the hardest of the four climbs here to me with some tougher moves up top.

The easiest of the four. Great juggy fun with a cool diagonal rail to finish.

1st climb here. Really enjoyed with some proper climbing moves at the grade! A bit tougher then it's neighbour of the same grade.

Warm-up. Move off the ground is probs harder then 14. After that it's at the grade.

Warm up. Not a bad little climb at the grade and the rock (less from the last bolt to anchor) is decent quality

Stemming start leading into the top headwall. Not a bad climb at the grade.

One trickier bit getting off the last ledge onto the headwall.

First two bolts at the grade then eases off moving from break to break on the arete.

Quite sustained at the grade and much spicier then the other 18s on this wall with more space between bolts.

Easily the best climb of the day with the grading quite a contrast to the newer routes on the wall.

Crux moves pulling over the lip at the first bolt then turns into a grade 14 slab to the top.

Fun V0/V1 boulder problem through the steeper start leads to grade 14 slab to the top.

First climb of the day. Feels contrived because there is a juggy arete just there and someone can easily walk up next to you just around the arete.

2nd to clean / someone has to go up and grab draws off carrot anchor on top. Then scramble back down easily.

Stellar climbing! Must do if you're down at Zig Zag. Solid slabbing with some classic committed moves. I can only imagine what it must have been like prior to the rebolt.

Fun slabbing (although a little short to do just the one pitch). Didn't seem wildly off grade, there was one move at mid height where being longer most likely helped.

Fun technical face climbing reminiscent of that classic Shipley style.

After doing neighbour routes this felt far too short!

Easy up the water run then veered off right on jugs. Next clip off the ledgey bit is a little awkward.

Best of the 3 on this wall. Fun little pull over the rooflet thing and nice feature up top.

Definitely a tough little crux sequence for a 15. Continued up to anchor of Dirty Beasts.

We pulled a big block off a little larger then a persons head and looks like more will come off.
