Ascents in Bells Line of Road & Chifley Rd

First lap on TRS. All moves done. Relentless. Will take quite a few sessions

Finally clean lap on TRS. Avoided all the choss by climbing on the right side of the arete. Time to lead. 40’30”

13 tie-ins over 5 sessions. Puzzlingly kept falling over and over again at the red-point headwall crux. Good thing that came out of it, got used to the fall. Had to say a prayer for the send burn and God was Painted (or I was painted in God).

PS According to Steve, Lloyd is a painting genius; hence the name as a reference to his ability.

Fun but there's a big X mark juggy block about halfway up, then another X block just below anchor. First one is pretty sketch, its huge and looks like it'll come off any second.

Sharp crimps at the start ate a little too much skin for subsequent attempts unfortunately, ending is lovely though.

Fifth climb of the day, and a long week = quite pumped. Decent links regardless.

Lives up to the stars. Was quite pumped at the top, but good to know I can still climb the grade

Really fun! Lots of interesting moves, and WAY too many bolts. Probably skip half of them on redpoint, but was nice for aiding up.

Shame about the choss at the top, but it’s all over by then anyway

Engaging thin stuff on bad feet. Was quite proud of how my finger held up despite the crimps

First bolt was awkward, then enjoyable enough climbing

Awkward start, jug hauling, then a fun little arete section. Not a bad warmup, but nothing to write home about. General consensus was that the 20 was harder

Warm-up

It went on third go today. Played with the top beta a bit more when setting the draws, found a good way to move the right hand to the good hold on the right. Second went really well but rushed the top and fell, third go managed to keep it together.

Very cool climb - reminiscent of chimney moves × With laybacking and spread feet. Hard for the vertically challenged

Fun boulder moving from questionable holds to jug. Satisfying to slap on send attempt!
