Ascents in Wave Wall as various tick types

First time touching rock since March. Learning how to do climbing again. Took a good whip on shitty crimpy right before the flake! Fingers stopped working after that. Will work this to get fitness back and shake off the old cobwebs.

Got progressively worse every attempt, first attempt only move that took 2 attempts was the last move. 3rd burn pulled almost every draw. Knee felt fine in the moment but the next day and week felt ever so slightly off, will go again when it's 100%

Went up to check the moves.. crimps didn't feel good. Felt hard

First time pulling on rubber lover since being able to actually work 25’s, all moves felt really solid but weather today was terrible and the rain and thick fog were making the slot wetter and slipperier each burn. So confident should only take a lap or two in better conditions to put away. Real nice takeaway that the crimps below the anchor the first time I ever pulled on I couldn’t hold them for the life of me, now they feel pretty good!

EOD toast

Fell between bolt one and two. Went to a slopey no good hold. Finding the better holds made it better but still a little cruxy. Also hung before the roof as the line to the right had a climber get unsettling close. Pretty solid line and fun through the roof. Found a decent kneebar above the roof too. Next burn.

Almost my first flash at the grade. Shame I was doing it at the end of the trip and my fingers were shredded. Hung at the first draw as my fingers were screaming.

Pulled back on and clean to the top. Felt like a pretty engaged slab traverse which had me going but cruisey jugs at the top. Will have to come back for this.

Bit of a cold and wet high point! Fell crossing to the mini jug just before the first jump. Felling better every attempt

Got all the moves till the second jump, nice hard climb for a boulderer like me

What a classic and lovely climb. Pretty epic to think that I woke up in Adelaide at 4am today and was attempting one of the best items in the bucket list on the say day! Probably won't go in this trip, but would love to project it if I could be here longer... Second go was to put draws back up for Andrew, and I'm happy I at least got to the anchors!

Got to the last draw. Solid fun climb building as it works it’s way up. Didnt have enough in my arms to stay holding on at the slopery crimpy bit before the pocket and moving slightly right

Some good links. Managing to stick the dyno constantly but the second dyno afterwards needs work

First attempts on this banger. Played around for a while working the moves but figured out some great sequences

Sad I chose to climb this on a day I was so wrecked from a week of little sleep and a long day travelling. It is an awesome route.

So destroyed today that I couldn't even do the last two moves of this 21 as a cool down
