Ascents in Ikara, Victorialand, Odin Head, Thor Head as Clean

Good hand crack to start and interesting moves on to arete. Rope got stuck on abseil down front face so make sure your knot is over the edge before descending

A quite varied climb! The overhang start and the off width/chimney section are pretty engaging even on top rope.

Absolutely epic. Very secure hand jams and then thins out, need to come back and lead this. Didn't do p2 as didn't look great unless you have loads of small gear.

Wow. Wow. Wow! Gnarly fists into slightly wider, into a beautiful hands. Super pumped by the end but stellar climbing. How good!

Ash took P1 and nailed it! Bazangin climb that packs quite the punch. Odin really feels like a mini Ikara, which I guess it actually is, with Ikara just down the valley and the Odin walls being a little smaller. Style vvv similar as well, but also, obvi. How's that for a controversial opinion?

It seems this route has only been climbed once a decade since it was put up... First pitch was nice! Second pitch got interesting. Steep move to the right of the ledge covered in bushes and some mix of dead and alive trees. Bush bash through them then up to a layback before super easy slab section with minimal pro. Ollie slinged a dead tree for safety... Fun adventuring and wicked views from both belay ledges. Third pitch is basically a walk out. There's a nice stone you can wrap for an anchor at the top. Minimal trees for anchors.

Led the crack but was simply not vibing with the traverse, noped my way down. Had no regrets after watching Cédric just barely vibing with the carrot positions afterwards.

Very cool pitch, felt tired and wasnt keen enough for tyhe second pitch.

Tradddyyy. A bit of a grunt down low but a fun, fun, fun splitter is your reward! An abundance of no-hands rests gives it the grade.

The corner is sandy and every hold needs to checked or simply avoided, but the slab has a few good placements and good rock. More good gear in the middle part of the route and the bottom of the flake. The flake is awesome but quite intimidating. Yes, big cams needed for the middle/top of the flake, but there is a thread about 4-5m from the top. The flake lay-back moves are really cool - good footers on the left wall make a big difference. 16? Felt a bit harder than that, but it's somewhere around there.

While I was belaying, Zi Hui Lie sent a huge rock down that had me diving for the cave, felt like a stampede came down upon me. After checking that I was still alive, I managed to send it nicely while seconding.

What was meant to be a rest day.

Belaying Anton on his first go on Lead. Seconded my way up to the belay ledge.

Anton gave it a fair go until the weather turned from bad to worse, and soon the crack became a waterfall. Bailed on some nuts and called it a day.

Unique experience

This is what iv been looking for.. a proper finger crack.. felt proper hard too.. stoked to get it clean it was a fight even on second. Accidentally added some bonus climbing to p1, Where the initials are I went straight up the finger crack instead of walking up the big ramp behind.

fantastic. Rapped down from the rings at the top of first pitch about 40m up where the crack finishes.

Second clean. Seconding Neil to exit the crag after a day on this. Awesome, technical, sustained face/slab climbing, with a heart-breaker slab finish right when you're trashed.
