This was super cool and scary. Greg killed on the lead. Will definitely keep on the list for when I get a bit more experience with Trad climbing. Crux for me was the first move after getting into the crack.

Really enjoyable climbing. Hard at 19, but good moves and perfect pro. Not really sure why you would do judas with the original finish, this is the obvious way.

suprisingly punchy little number! lovely gear throughout, but a few pretty out there moves for the grade, i definitely underestimated it. was nice to have a .75 for the very top slab bit. wished id saved some of the .3s for the finger crack

Three falls at the crux trying to commit to the wrong sequence. Got shown the artistic version of negotiating the crux which I rehearsed after on top rope. Note to self: lead it next time and do it in style.

Awesome climb. Started up the Messiah's Exit slab and the climbed across to Judas and up the nice crack and back over to the Messiah's Exit to finish. Great and well protected, could probably be happily done on a single rack. Probably not too hard for the grade either, and no jamming required, although as usual it does help.

Not sure how this is normally climbed. Direct up the arete looked sketch. I climbed up Messiah, into judas and then back in Messiah. Awesome climbing and gear the whole. way. Great fun and another great Piddo route.

Flashed the finger crack crux, milked the rest for ages then fell off trying to pull the lip on the Messiah's Exit with stupid footwork. Gutted. Gear beta: red C3 in horizontal for traverse to arete. Finger crack is blue totem/camalot sized at start. Good hexes and #1 #2 #3 camalots for the Messiah crack.

I fell off the crux twice trying to work it out. Hard, exciting, a little scary although well protected. Not ready to lead this yet. Now has DRBB at top (Oct 2012)

Repeat. This time it felt quite easy. The confidence of knowing I can do the route, and perhaps my practice with finger cracks is starting to pay off. Absolutely brilliant climbing all the way. Needs anchors on the big boulder at the top (maybe 2 carrots back near where the path is).

Not to hard or pumpy, but I found it quite scary. Stiched the poor climb to pieces with about 12 bits of gear. Definately worth a shot if you want to try one of the Blueys few good finger cracks.
