Ascents in Andy Wigley's Wall

A bit weird. Not sure how much you should use the arete on the left...

Really fun. Quite pumpy. Take some long draws to help with rope drag.

Seacliffing in the blueies. Alzheimers? Traffic has probably imporved this. Fun and steep with a cool little traverse.

Started on the ledge in front of Noodle Wall. Looooooooooovely.

Probably used the arête more than I should have

The rock was actually not too bad and the route was fairly hard. First crux, there was a jug hidden behind some cobwebs, but it's a huge move to gain the next ledge with minimal feet. Steep section after that was a bit sandy, but all the holds felt pretty solid.

This was actually pretty good. The rock quality is better than it looks, although it looks like sh*t so that's faint praise.

awesome crux with feet towards the right, left hand pushing up while right thumb pulls up, then lunge left to grasp a small ledge and pull/push up sideways.

take care with the rock by not getting on it!

09 Oct 2011. No bolt plates? Just use wires. Chossy, sandy, dirty, crap.

It's great fun for choss monsters.

Hard climb thin holds, onsight clean with pre plassed gear. (thanks Rod)

Stayed off the arete. Direct is 20.

Bolts are pretty wandery, so drag can be an issue

looks crumbly, but climbs well

Some cool moves- worth a start or 2 in my opinion.
