Ascents in Perry's Lookdown as Onsight

Bloody awesome! Pitch 2 for was my favourite for sure, but each has its own style and memorable moments. Not much filler climbing in this one. Thanks for the day Drew!

Little bit dirty and some thoughtful rock but good fun. Should see more ascents and it would clean up.

Great summer afternoon out. I was lucky to not fall off pitches 1 and 4. And p3 was a battle royale on the onsight. Only barely squeaked it in. Each pitch has its own unique character. It seems like this hasn't seen much attention over the years, but it definitely should. Take a 4m length of rope to back up or replace the rope on p1's monster tree belay.

Get climb. Gets a lot if sun. Good for the winter.

Pretty cool linkup. Very good climbing on all pitches. Despite being the 'easy link up', it felt pretty stout. A bit of an average belay situation atop the first pitch, we clipped the high first bolt and belayed from ledge directly below, not the rings way over left.

Only 4 pitch

P1 is a little grubby but you get that on the big jobs. Fucking all time. make sure to shave your legs, do your hair and that your kegal game is on point when you fuck this puppy

I had to see what all the commotion was about... turns out it actually is a sensational piece of crack. Just gave the first pitch a whirl on top rope before climbing Slipstream with a mate and surprised myself climbing it clean first go for warmup. Thought it would have been much harder, Ive only led 24 crack, but it didnt feel that different to 5.11+ in the Creek. Should have just gone ground up after all... will be keen to return with a stack of microcams for the lead. A 60m rope hit the ground from the top anchors with about 5 metres spare, could totally be done in one pitch.

Great positions and views. Perfect winter crimping conditions. Not often you get to cut loose on a roof like that with such a great backdrop!!

Sick linkup - super fun day on really good rock. Highly recommended. We fixed the first 2 abseils and used a 80m doubled over for the last 2 raps. Car to car was 5 hours. Keen to head back for more action in the area.

Fought hard to get this one; there's just so much climbing and such quality moves through-out.

Nice climbing. Linking last two pitches lands at bang on 50m. We had 48 and it wasn't enough!

Onsight p2 and 4. Clean second 1 and 3. Ended up doing the entire of Fat Yak linked together as opposed to the top two pitches of Beggers. Rad day out - but stays in the sun slightly longer than advertised.

Awesome location. Make sure u fix a rope or get belayed down to the rap point, the fix rope is gone. If someone has a bit of old rope it would be good to replace it. Climbing was pretty good. Jenna linked pitch 2 with most of 3 but traversed over to the right anchors on ledge so we could rap and do last 2 pitches of BB.

Pitch 5 only today by headtorch. Will come back!

Led P2 and 4. P1-3 are all stunning and other 2 very good
