I did a great layback to start. Was totally stuffed after that. Lack of recent climbing really told.

Climbed on top rope placing gear. Foot slipped a couple of times, worked out foot jams are more secure than small footholds on the side.

There is nothing quite like getting spanked hard by a 14.

One day I'll finally get the hand jam right with this one.

Took a small whip...gear held splendidly!

Maybe I shouldn't have chosen this as my first trad lead... on my first day at Frog. Placing gear when you only have one hand free is harder than people make it look. Regardless, I made the summit without dying so figure it for a success!
