Ascents of Yokomo

Perfect for me. Loved it.

This is very thin and technical down low fee nice hand jam moves then wrecked by a choss fest of loose block to the tree anchor

Pre placed first three pieces, no falls but took a few rests, finally got it cleanish

Crux is placing the crux gear. Then a fun few jams, then why bother...

Had gear beta for the first 4m but nothing I couldn't see from the ground.

This would easily be a one star route if it didn't have the ledge in the middle of it. There's actually nothing reachy about the start, it's just technical, a bit fiddly to place gear and fairly sustained for the all of 5 m or so to the ledge.

Happy to go back and de-dog this after a whole lot of years.

Wanted to get on something easier after falling off Lead-lined Lothario(22). Failed miserably with the start, but finally managed to get up to the ledge. From there it was easy jamming to the top.

Sat on rope to remove stuck nuts. Strange climb.with a cryptic start.

the grade is for the first 4 metres. Half-a-day of climbing before trip washed out.

No fun. Hard start with tiny wires, then ledges with momentary good climbing in between.

Grrrrr. Silly off balance fall on the start. Hand crack is fun.

very hard start. ended up straddling the crack just to get 2 rps into it. rap off DMEG's tree. caroline belayed

Another good climb. I placed a high runner on rap to help protect the start. A good balancy start then a great crack to the top.

Tricky facey start, then tricky cracky middle, then easy blocky finish. Lovely!
