Ascents in Thanksgiving Wall

Ridiculously hard. An inspiring piece of rock, however! Well bolted and just begging to be climbed.

Anchors: 3 moderately rusty carrots with 2 chain links on each.

Anchor: two very rusty carrots and one good one. Very old looking sling on anchors and now some 6mm prussik I put there. Next person to do this needs to bring a knife to cut away the old tat.

With Graham. Not bad. Pretty solid for the grade, bordering on a sandbag, and mostly crappy gear, but probably enough to keep you off the deck. The moves were pretty nice.

Crimp ,pinch,deadpoint. I have no skin left.Ouch.

10/09/05 second try today.Woo Hoo. 7 or 8 shots overall including t/r.06/08 hard all the way. I have all the moves and the power. Now i need to grow some skin back and just smoke it...17/08fell of the top after skipping the last clip.Ran out of skin again.

First ascentionist added new first bolt. Now three BR’s in this route.

About 15 rests. Crazy thin, with the holds getting smaller in every downpour.
