Really nice climbing once you figure out how to go through the start to the 3rd bolt. A description saying that you need to step down is a bit misleading, I think.

The thin holds on this route wouldn't even last one ascent in the bluies. Very thin but in cut holds, I bumped my hand off going for the jug and rush the crux on my second shot. 8 days on and the wheels had starting to fall off.

Found it way harder than 20. I was staying away from the big holds on the left of the bolts thinking it was the neighboring climb. Liz did it so much easier by staying left and reaching right to clip. A touch contrived.

The third bolt is very tricky to clip, we skipped it because of it but the run out is very dangerous. Also no ring at the anchor, just two staple type glue-ins. Some cool easy airy moves.

Not particularly obvious between 2nd and 3rd bolt. Then I messed up the traverse (I think, do you stay low or do you stay high and just walk across?) so I was struggling.

A good reminder that just because the guidebook says something is well bolted, it doesn't mean it is well bolted! The 3rd bolt is going to be a challenge for some people.

My first ever lead! Partner who liked leading in theory more than practice bailed half way up, so I took his rack and finished it. Had never placed trad gear before, but I think I figured that if I treated it like a free-solo, then it wouldn't matter if my gear placements were rubbish.
