Classic Victorian bolting! Scary runout with added danger in event of bolt popping. An additional bolt and it would have been very pleasant. Very cool tension route. Defo a love-hate relationship with this one.

One of the dream routes for the trip. Bummer we couldnt make it to Muline earlier in the week, would have loved to have gotten a couple of days on this beast, but happy to have spent time on it nonetheless. Some of the most unique and novel climbing I've ever done.

Totally rad. Punted the initial boulder which was nails and then came down and went clean to the top. Really fun trad climbing. The first two bolts had draws on them but I placed all the trads.

Speed mission today. Two new high points. Getting into 3rd and main crux. Maanged a reasonable link through from main crux to the knee bar on the headwall but arms failed masively after that. Keen so spend some summer arvos here and try and get this one done. Has to be a contender for the best linkup in the land.

This crag is ridiculous, what an awesome climb! Frothing over those crux moves, mad tension power endurance and then classic moves to finish up the eye. Not sure about the grade, had my name written all over it but didn't feel 2 grades harder than path of yin. I started up middle path but apparently the FA was up path of yin start which would add a bit. Either way amazing climb. 4th shot

A couple of shots at this. could only get the crux out once, after a rest. Then fell after heading too deep into the cave on my way to the anchor. lowered off and never got through the crux on any further attempts.

a beautiful line. i seconded Rene, but in (overconfident) hind-site believe i could have got it. Crux is definitely the low boulder problem which is protected by a stick clip. i found the move reaching around onto the face off a finger lock tricky, but thats because i'm a kook with anything crack related.

Really liked this. Genuine onsight if you count all the times I slid back down to the ground on the first move as not falling ... two hard moves low, then nothing surprising to the top, although the last bit above your gear (a couple of small cams and/or small wires in the last horizontal break) make it exciting. For reference, I did 3 routes this trip (this (23), Krankendangle (24) and Eye of the Tiger (29)), and the start of this is harder than anything on either of the other two routes. It doesn't make it bad though - better at the start than the last move !

4 shots over two days. All sorted now. Span in the roof is no problems, getting through the steep stuff to the rests will be the business. Can't wait to go back - this is the best route I've been on in my life. So varied, great movement and on a great natural line.

Just a little play. Did the boulder start second shot (V6/7) then mostly draw to draw. Super funky steep climb but the rope runs a bit funny in spots and I got a bit scared. The top crimp boulder is nails, a real heartbreaker.

One more lap. Everything else but the crux is sorted... but no improvement on the crux... I give up. Great climbing. Stupidly cruxy and sandbagged. Rubbish bolting and the gear is annoying. Not 3 stars for the gramps, nor even for muline.
