Probably about as hard as the 24 (23?) next to it, and with more sustained and committing climbing. The moderate run-out to the anchors (feat. scary move on slopers) is exhilerating. I found the start nails for the grade. The bottom of the seam was wet, and I could only get about1/3cm of my fingers into the seam. The footers are either non-existant or put you off balance. Very techy with much core tension. But despite this, I liked it, and would have given i another lap if I had time.

very overgrown, lots of funnel webs and mossy holds, looks good but not worth it

Lots of dirt and grit in some of the holds. This didn't make for great climbing today.

pumped late in day, ruined flash by a big whip on the hold before anchors, will come back

Needed some serious cleaning. Nice enough moves, but very sandy, and quite slippery to try and onsight.

not nearly as good as the book implies.
