great reach from dodgy crimp to break

Sweet big move. Easy for a four

my reach made this a lot easier than it might be for others. Great moves!

Maybe next time. Quite painful on the tips working it out.

A couple of attempts but I was feeling pretty burnt out. Will have to come back for this solid little traverse

Hit the final incut several times, but could not stick

No one was more surprised than me! Maybe soft for V4?

First shot today, trusting my feet a bit more.

On the easier side if tall

Hit the high point but not hard enough

Couple of quite thin moves to easy top.

Third long-term problem goes down in one hour - thankfully I haven't logged every attempt, as it would make very tedious reading.

Nice one move route which is a long reach or dyno depending on your height.

Great problem. Took a few goes. Big move to ok small hold. Plenty of feet and a little thinking to top out. 👌

Warmup 2, a bit reachy

Realised I can reach the good left hold by standing closer in to the cliff.

Was up there, just didn't want to commit because I forgot where the good lip was.

Fingers have had enough for today.

High left for then right hand from bad crimp to high crimp keeping left hand in the good, lower crimp. Solid.

It seems to be "Ralph's Wall V1" from the guidebook

It took a while but we got it.

Awesome, disagree it's V5 though. I've found loads of V4's way tougher. nonetheless very cool fun

The sit start definitely doesn't add a grade. Humid conditions were spitting me off the sloper layback to dyno transition. aka one move wonder

A exceptional problem!

Very good and almost had it. But doesn't add a grade to the V4 by making it slightly harder by making it two moves longer. The difficulty of a boulder problem is judged by how hard the moves are- seldom on endurance.

Not much harder than the stand.

Best line on the arete fantastic bloc. soft.

Sharp crimps and sketchy top half

Took a couple goes to find sequence up top. Fun climb with a little problem solving. Sit start doesn't really add a grade I don't think.
