Ascents in North Wahroonga

Suprised to do it from the bottom including cruddy crimps and avoiding left corner, and lizard in upper break :-O

Actual arete finishing right is about 17 though it's not the actual route.

Easier than last time.

Six previous ascents? I must think it's good ...

Managed to avoid the wet right wall by 'powering' up the middle block: jambs ahoy! And bravo to Haily for leading the nano tradventure.

Some 14s here are not like the others. This one felt like 14 but none of the others!fun climb

Almost easier than the 14s to the right. Hard start but then fairly juggy

Tried it on lead but bailed due to the stiff runout start. Not close to a 14 in my book

Bold start to the first bolt then easier with a large chipped hold at the top.

The climbing is ok but the start is unprotected. I expect that if 16 is your limit, it would feel uncomfortable

Hard scary start, with minimal small gear placements, needs gardening to get gear in, alot of the rock is quite rotten

Pretty hard start with bad feet kind of reachy using shallow Sandy pockets but worth jumping on lovely moves through the whole thing

Pretty hard start for the first couple of moves but the rest of the climb felt like a cruisy grade 10

Needed a fair bit of gardening to get some pro in down low, fun bouldery start to get the blood pumping 😂

3x snakes throughout this wall route... one in a fairly cruical hold! I woke the snake...
