Ascents in North Wahroonga

The climbing is ok but the start is unprotected. I expect that if 16 is your limit, it would feel uncomfortable

Bold start to the first bolt then easier with a large chipped hold at the top.

Quick reconnaissance mission to the crag, hard start to pleasant climbing. could be easier to go further left than i did.

i think i started on the right but no real difference to the climbing

crux may well be putting the plates on

the blue offset placement at the top is absolutely perfect!

need to give this a go on the sharp end

Several false starts, the first move was tough for me i wasn't able to go direct from the label had to start slightly right.

I was pretty happy with this, good gear some interesting moves and nice rests, thought i'd done ok. Then watch a local come and solo it to put me in my place

I was a bit nervous about protecting the start but turned out ok and then nervous again with the last move protected but a suspect flake but seemed solid when i tested the placement he way down.

Bit Stiff for a 17 maybe 19-20? the whole crag is a bit sand bagged.

did some gardening, cool move at the top to make it 2 stars but other wise nothing special.

Blank slab to start. No useful protection until 5M up! i would try a bit harder on a top rope and is probably climbed this way more often than trad. It might of been a 15 trad at one point but not these days. I would not have this listed as a 15 trad!

Pretty much a boulder problem, wasn’t too fussed

Awesome moves through surprisingly good holds, quite committing and a little sequency!

Not horrible but needs a brush. Exciting moves through the bulge on good gear. Definitely no less than grade 15 in my opinion!

Not as good as the direct start, a little sandy, mossy and cobwebby. Still quite a bit of fun with good pro in the crack. The large flake is a little bit exciting, it makes noises that keep the thrill going right to the end. Definitely no less than grade 15!

Needed a fair bit of gardening to get some pro in down low, fun bouldery start to get the blood pumping 😂

Sandy pockets but powerful start with bad feet, super fun would recommend

Pretty hard start for the first couple of moves but the rest of the climb felt like a cruisy grade 10

Pretty hard start with bad feet kind of reachy using shallow Sandy pockets but worth jumping on lovely moves through the whole thing

Hard scary start, with minimal small gear placements, needs gardening to get gear in, alot of the rock is quite rotten

Simple and fun.
