Ascents in Northern Beaches having Beta

Harder than cosmic ecology or crack of dawn. Climbing up after traverse was weird. Slab of doom at the top was also dicey, even with the bolt. Scary 14 😨

A touch harder than Winning Streaks (Freycinet)

This rock has the classic slippery-by-the-sea kinda feeling, but it is still good 👍

Trying somewhat optimistic beta... a cooler day will make the dish a whole lot better for the crux move to the gorgeous pinch

Great, great route. Super interesting technical challenge, with some solidly tricky bits around insecure holds and demanding body positions... the rock and holds really keep you guessing. Had a good little rundown on the climb from Alicia. Equipped on the go which felt particularly tricky.

Tricky onsight but once you know the beta down low it's actually not bad at all. Loads of spiderwebs on top
