Superb roof climbing requiring lots of core tension. Crux clip and draw are quite hard to use Gave it a second burn but didn't have the endurance. Awesome bouldery roofing

Reworked out beta and then had an attempt but the conditions were to bad

Rad route that sadly seems like more trouble than it’s worth, Kez and Pat worked out beta that works tho so might have to try it again

Hard start!

The type of route with no chalk but enough glue and scars that it's not totally certain whether the FA'd route still exists. Not a classic but not that bad...just really nails cruxes. Out of my league even getting the moves sorted. Maybe 30?

A bunch of stretchy moves and awkwardly placed bolts. My onsight ended a move before the chains with the type of mega body pump you only get on juggy-ish rooves with mediocre heels and weird stacked kneebars. It then took me a few goes to work out the final couple of moves - which area the hardest on the whole route. I didn't bother coming back for the second go...secretly I wasn't sure I'd actually tick it...

Some funky moves round the start as you undercling your way under the roof and out. The climb moves onto the left headwall and the climbing there is underwhelming.

Fairly easy to manage the pump with good footwork. Stuck the dyno but gassed out getting over the lip. Probably had something to do with being the 5th day on.

Got in one hang, bummed I couldn’t put this away before surgery. Great line, does it effect the grade knee baring in the roof/bowl? Without a knee pad of course. The heroic dyno looked the business I just couldn’t do it.

Got the all moves going easily enough but linking seems a long way off.

so fun, i did it twice in a row! second time in the dark, much harder. spend lots of time looking for foot holds by the light of my dubious headtorch. thanks steffi

Attempted arrett to start. Horrible idea! Batman rope to first ledge then slopers all the way up

Thought we were being smart skipping the head jam traverse under the roof. Turns out below the first bolt is blank. Amazing climb above!

Nails start!

A quick warm up play around. I didn't sort the cut loose, but with the current beta it's a big swing. Pretty much boils down to 2 or 3 moves pulling the lip. Climbs much better than it looks.

awesome yet scary traverse at start with the crux about halfway up the wall

Big moves. Big holds. Awesome. Happy enough to get all the moves climbing it bolt-to-bolt.

The start is comic gold. The only thing funnier than my partner's head-jam at the end of the undercling traverse was my own more awkward (and less successful) attempt to do the same.

2 shots today. Just need to try this earlier in the day.
