Going up to have a play on BK, felt on the harder end of 21

Second sesh on it. The first time I figured out the beta and today it turned that my crucial hold was loose, so the whole sequence went to the bin. After messing around for a while I came up with a solution that was better than the previous one. No cutting loose for me at any point; kneebars work pretty well though Anyway, it was pretty good, although hard to read.

Saw some punter pre-place some cams and claim the red point, ethics have gotten weak soft while I've been recovering from my injuries

Really cool, got a bit scared on the ground up attempt but dialled it in next shot. Burly boulder with a spicy exit high above your last piece

Oh wow! I got Greedy today First go after the warm up. Finally good weather conditions, after working it in the heat and baking sun for weeks.

Absolutely stunning route. Lots of techie sections linked together, where you can fall at any point, with a stopper move final dyno to the glory jug. Whilst a few people have ticked this route pretty quickly, I ended up spending about 15-20 sessions on it, so it was at my limit, so it felt pretty good to clip the chains today.

Completely unexpected send! The plan was to work on Greed but 1. it was in the sun, 2. after coming g off Envy at the top I had to give it one more go. So good! Oh, and it’s my second second ascent.

Little spooky traverse from the chains. Felt super awkward trying to avoid the wasp nest at the top of the chains while moving up and left. Put a sling on the first bolt I could reach from The Hat which required a lot of stretch and holding the sling biner in my mouth while pulling up the rope to clip. Noice

Started feeling sketched out having seen 3 snakes on the way, one slithering over the holds on the 15’s to the right.I was trying to visually inspect each hold before grabbing it. Displeasing but actually a cool little route!

In the rain. Nearly sat on my gear as the jugs filled up with water. Still got some work to do on my head. (Had climbed this route previously.)

King line, great moves through a bolt position.

Some cool/intimidating stemming, but the moves are not actually that hard

Never have been more thankful for a fire hose of beta being sprayed at me 😂 went pretty easy after the beta was dialled.
