Ascents in The Alley Way Boulders

Couldn't even pad the start of this so gave it one shot and made it count, definitely was over gripping. Spotter to hold the mad would be ideal. Also give the top out a brush it was covered in pine needles.

Looks cool, climbs fun. Brush the top out lots of pine needles

Not sure the scale for it being 'Almost a classic'

Was a nice warm up for fingers along with its variants, feet aren't really used

Bad landing, probably funner with a spotter

looks super awkward but was enjoyable. Landing not as bad as the other arete

Fun short scramble more then a climb. Also the down climb.

Pretty average landing if you did happen to fall, felt super soft for a v4. Maybe scare grade? Topping out was hard due to a recently dead tree that has fallen onto boulder.

Cool arete was more interesting then it looks

This was what I thought was the old mono project but there wasn't any monos/topo's to follow so id say this was new?? Super thin wide elevator doors to the slipperiest mantle I've done at Harvey's! Easy landing to protect which made a solo day out fun. Possible sit start I tried a few times definitely possible but very hard.

This was the goal for the day and went down with relative ease after the first two moves and a couple of attempts. cool little area I hadn't been too and it was surprisingly close to the car which was nice. Potential sit start but will probably blow your fingers linking into and then pulling on the shallow monos
