Ascents in Victoria by Match

Quite suprised to onsight this maybe the 3 days in the car had me excited! quality climbing a great new addition to araps!

My first aid climb was quite an exciting one 4 days car to car due to scary thunderstorms! Climbing in a party of 3 defiantly had its challenges like carrying to much gear and one porta ledge without a fly. we slept underneath the great roof on day 3 which was quite cool and Stubbsy took a whip out of the roof in the dark haha

I never notice this line till this trip. great climbing Adrian lead pitch one after I got baffled and I lead pitch two.

finshed up the fifth pitch of the bard.

This climb is AMAZING get on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wasn't worth the stars, lead in one pitch. off the ground is quite sandbagged

First pitch only climbing at the start is average but it turns it on at the end. Highlights: -Placed two Kong gypsy's after a lot of effort -Wedge tale eagles hovering over head -Wind was off it's chops -rope got jammed on the abseil

This thing looks daunting but its is delightful!! honest at the grade and cool monos along the way

got up early to try and beat the rain and escape the wind in the gully. The rain found me at the crux!! Had to rap off the climb and out of the gully leaving gear.

went and collected our gear that evening haha

funky climbing up some of araps slickest walls. Climbed at night.

climbing wasn't that great however the exposure gave it the stars. Wind was pumping that arvo. Did you know if you decked on this climb you would be at the bottom of Tiger wall haha

I finally climbed this route! I see why its so popular. Linked In one pitch with double ropes and alot of extended draws. Only link if you are very confident at sandbagged 14's

Thanks to Adrian Aka (Mr Miyagi) I finished my trip to Araps with a climb I spent hours watching people fall off my first time here.

What a line! The gear is small enough to have you worries but good enough to make you feel safe.

off the pinnacle it is a concentration fest to the top.

had to siege this climb sitting on a ledge for an hour till the rain passed haha I guess its better than hanging at the pines in the rain.

I love araps this would get a 16 anywhere else. rope management skills are essential.

had about 20 attempts on this double under cling classic was able to get my hands to the hold like Alex but we still couldnt stick it

definatly harder than 17 really fun second pitch!!

classy tried the v5 dyno that shares the climb got close but no cigar.

this is v3 in the guide book.I found It quite easy due to height

4 attempts still didnt tick it haha

the pumpiest 14 i have ever done and did a varient finish after the first boulder problem.

got this first go on preplaced gear. Super fun Pumpy climbing

seconded gee up. lots of fun the whole way.
