Ascents in Tiefenellern as various tick types

Cold fingers, big hiking boots and not so big footholds made this grade 3 not so easy.

Too dumb for the boulder start. Next time.

For smaller climbers the third bolt is set so high that it was a real struggle to unclip it in second. I had to sit in the rope there, clipped myself into the bolt, unclipped the rope, extended myself down to the footholds, unclipped myself after and quickly climbed to the next traversing bolt. My fumbling in the setting sun/dark took forever. I would not want to encounter this bolt in lead. The rest of the route was easy going. Nice route, but would not recommend to smaller climbers.

Einzelzugproblem

Ripped out a small flake just before the end of the crux section, where the jugs start. Bummer. Hard, technical climbing on small, probably chipped, holds.

Probably hasn't reached its final form yet. The crux is right at the beginning after clipping the second bolt, where it seems that you could rip out big chunks of rock. The holds you need are actually relatively small and bad, though and the only solution we could find felt a bit awkward so I didn't try it at first. Nice slab after that and a few meters of vertical climbing with (probably) chipped holds.
