Enjoyed the long crimp fest on a slab, but the longer it goes the scarier it gets. You definitely need someone to drag the crashpad along and protect you from falling on a tree stump.

Kleine cams bis zum ersten Bolt. Danach steile sportliche Kletterei bis zur Schlüsselstelle kurz vor dem Band. Dann trifft der Name der Route zu, man ist erstmal ahnungslos. Hohe Füße, Untergriffe ziehen und ab an die Kante. 👌

Interessant ist für diese Route eine absolut zutreffende Beschreibung. Die eigentliche Kletterei ist sehr kurz, aber für jemanden der in diesem Grad Zuhause ist durchaus lohnend. Auch wenn es für die Seilführung nicht unbedingt ideal ist sollte man den letzten Haken von Stahlwerk mit verwenden!

Super confusing lines here, we actually wanted to climb “Boschhammer” but we ended doing a link up starting on “Singletrail” and from the 5th bolt going left using a random bolt in the face wall (which apparently has no route assigned to it) and finally climbing the final bit of “Jahrundtagdach”.

If you are not using the edge of the large crack to the right, some moves are mandatory and harder for shorter climbers. The difficulty then is 7- referring to the information I found. Being 1.89 m, I felt it to be easier.

Be careful with the fragile flake on the roof where the branch is, it has a mark of an X on it. The old tree trunk seems quite fragile so I avoided loading all my weight on it. Also, there is an anchor up above the roof on the ledge. Coming down was tricky and had to lower off from an intermediate anchor under the roof.

Kurz vorm 1. Haken steht man super und könnte sehr sicher clippen — wäre der aktuelle Haken noch im alten Bohrloch statt 20cm drüber... Vorm Umlenker kam ich als großer Mann in den einen kleinen Griff nicht rein und beim anderen war der Winkel echt ungünstig für kräftige Belastung. Meine Partnerin hatte da gar kein Problem.

The bottom is definitely easier if you can hand jam. Crux is up at the anchor tho. Wanted to Greenpoint, but I would have needed tricams for the pockets or half ropes for the placements on the right. Ended up clipping the last bolt.
