Powerful bottom half and a techy high crux as well. One hang on the last go. Black rock mAkes your hands moist in an instant.

The old failing when not yet warmed up, but you need to warm up problem.

Did the hard part until the easier middle. Afterwards everything was wet. With dry conditiones, its a dream route.

The approach was harder than this.

Sooo good but unfortunately sooo wet today that it was basically unclimbable.

Super spoogy / wet today which made this ascent quite spicy in the end.

Very spoogy conditions with lots of wet holds at 80% humidity. What a cool line!

The book gave it 3 stars. I feel like I wasted my time though.

Nice technical crux. Couple of really reachy holds.

Really cool route! Felt hard for the grade though! Hard to onsight due to hidden slopper hold...

Nearly got through the crux, lots of bird poop and dampness!

Definitely a tough cookie for the grade. Stepped rooflets. Sharp.

Very powerful tufa thuggery.

End of day. I think this is my first 'musical note' of this trip. It is very good. Extremely steep and juggy for 30m.

I thought this was superb. Reminded me of the endurance routes in the RRG. The crux is fairly low, around bolt 5, but you could easily blow the top section on the onsight. A mega line. [2]

again, another deleted route. WTF. again, super hot and humid day on soapy holds. had to over grip, ended up dogging it. one day ill come back, outside of summer..hahaha

apparently my original log of this climb was deleted! how rude! I remember this being super greasy and it took 2 shots as I slipped off a jug or something.
