Awesome route!

Pumpy crux at the crack then nice face climbing. I wonder how much you can go to the right as climbing it directly seems to be much more difficult (I climbed right from the bolts just as others I saw climbing the route before me).

Be cautious, loose rocks!

Gondolkodj, nézz körül alaposan, okosan válassz fogást és lépést, akkor élvezetes: nem egyszerű, de nem is nehéz. Azért a nittekből nincs sok.

The "Variáns" route can be climbed without trad gear. You can always reach the right hand side bolts belonging to the fully-bolted route called "Zserbó" that's next to it.

some loose rock. we had to remove a big one at the base. felt harder than 5.

For my first lead climbing I felt this route perfect.

Climbed into the crack up top. Even the dynamic move straight up feels easier then 9.

Probably easier than 7b but still, I'm happy that I managed to send it after only a few tries (climbed it 3-4 times top rope then sent it on my 3rd lead try).

VIII+/IX-

Took me by surprise how this route got from "impossible" to one sit and finally send. It's ~6c until the top of the overhang and then begins the crimpy endurance part. 1st 7a+ in the "large overhang" section of Big Wall for me.

I didn't expect to climb this today after ~ 4 tries overall(last time I was happy that I can lead the route with 3 rests) - really enjoyed the climb.

Took "relatively" few tries (maybe 6-7) to send it. In my final attempt I was so pumped I couldn't reach up dynamically for the hold near the last bolt before the anchor so I grabbed the hold on the small volume, which turned out to be a much better solution in the end (I could rest a bit there and then the finish the route)

Took me 3 months to put this together. Most linear progression I ever had with a route: from not being able to do some of the moves toprope to gradually do it with less and less rests to finally do it with one rest and then sending it.

I climbed it toprope quite a few times but managed to send it on my 4th lead try. Seemed to be really hard initially but got way easier when I managed to do the first crux.

FIRST IN THE GRADE! 42 tries in 4 years - I felt impossible then. But with constant help of my grand master Gyorgyevics Lóránt today I clipped the chains. Beautiful route with crimp, crack, tufa, polished footholds. Technical yet power-endurance line.

Unfortunately it's probably rather 6c+ but it was still a good climb. Took me ~5-6 attempts over a few weeks to send it.

Took me almost 2 months to send it. Big moves on big holds in the overhang - I've been able to do it with 1 rest for almost a month.

6th try overall - my last send before the 2nd covid lockdown

Finally a 7a after the lockdowns. Most of the route was ok for me from the beginning but it took quite many sessions to figure out the technical crux.

6th attempt overall. Probably easier than 7a.

6c+ lesz az....

I managed to send it one day before it was removed on my 3rd (last) attempt that day. I was really surprised and happy it went down (have been trying it since the middle of the summer). I fine tuned the whole route until the end (I remember how hard and unsecure most of the route felt earlier) and finally managed to make the last move to the top in one go.
