Pumped out on onsight on thin tufas while going through crux. Should have climbed faster and put on draws from above crux as below is super strenuous. Good pumpy line.

7 tries on Changing Plans and 6 tries on Direktissima! About 8 times i fell on the SAME foothold!!!! Im going for 7c and 7b+ for the non direct. Big effort at the end but the send go felt like a 6a! Some of the most amazing flow feelings ive had in climbing!

4 or 5 shots over a couple of days. All moves sorted after the second, but a punctured finger and tape that followed meant the upper crux crimping was crazy slippery and hard. Will have to wait for next time.

Got surprisingly far on the onsight, found it a bit of a grovel though, made me appreciate how good “special forces” is. Probably won’t spend any time on this one.

The route is wonderful, especially until the last clip. However, On the top section there is some survival on pooor and a slippery footholds and you have to step your feet higher and higher on it! I felt like I so close to fall on this climb, but I kept fighting...

Three boulder problems into an exposed tufa escape! This line took work, and was a nice challenge for me. Hot conditions surely played a role in my perspective on the route's difficulty. The clip on the long runner at bolt 3 is a hassle, and I wish that there were a bolt there instead.

Asa warmup for Changing plans! The direct version through the boltline could be in the 7th grade! The line however goes all the way to the 6a+ and then gaston toward the tufa system. Soft

Edit! I decided to count it as 7b+! It took 7 tries which sounds like a lot but i ever only fell on 1 move and 1 move alone which was a low % foothold at the last bolt of the crux! Being tall also allows u to skip 2 3 moves lower down. Id rather not have doubts! Having just done the direct version I can recommend it over this! Way more logical and flow-y Hard

At least a grade easier than the direct variant; I still felt fresh after traversing in. The final boulder problem, into the tufa, remains wonderfully technical on superb crimps.

X2. First shot was terrible! I couldn't hold anything and my skin hurt too much. Thought about changing to Direktissima instead but gave it one more try. Got to 4th bolt and then linked the move past the 5th bolt. Can't believe the difference between each shot! Linked most of the moves. Still a long way a way.... In sun by 9am. Our week of winter is over!!!
