Ascents of Tempête

Stays consistent in its style: reasonably technical with monos, without being delicate. Good! I failed it big 5 years ago, right after sending my first 7b here. Thanks Kiki.

2nd go send. First crux way more relaxed now and second crux doable with correct beta and tape on the right middle finger for the sharp, deep mono. Super good route! Still tough for the grade and hard on the fingers. #sportRP

Really good, technical route. Gave it everything onsight but fell because of unrefined beta close to the chain. Monos and a crucial 2 1/2 finger sloping crimp.

What an amazing ascent by Shana, she dropped out twice but only for a lack of balance somewhere, but basically she cruised through in a super elegant and technical fashion, whereas I struggled and fought my way through. The small pockets proved to be a big challenge for me, as where the lack of good feet. Very hard work near the end. Must've fallen about 10-15 times...

Test for your fingers. Maybe a 6A to rest to 6B. Could be more than 6c+ imo but scared by micro crimps and monos...
