I had the first clipped - went for a swimming move to boost to the good pocket. Left after, HUGE mistake which resulted in a take...at ledge height, where I then sat to contemplate life decisions before doing the rest clean. Unlike others, went left to finish with a drop knee as I didn't feel like bumping up the right and barn dooring. Epic climb!

Pretty stiff for the grade, I reckon. A few good attempts today but couldn't quite get the clean send. Crux for me is clearly clipping the 2nd bolt; difficult and scary. Will be back for sure.

Really fun route with a tough crux move if you don't know what you're doing. Even tougher top section whilst spending a lot of energy trying to find the most efficient way of finishing the route. Needs a clean at the top area a little I'd say. Apart from that was harder than expected but still a fun challenge. Spent lots of skin on this one

Third attempt of the day. Following Alex’s lead and found a clipping stance for third bolt on a deep two-finger pocket out left. Also went right at third bolt to a deep side pull pocket and then drive straight up over to the ledge with a high left on the ledge. This is the beta for me. But need to sort the feet and some links.

High point on redpoint burn. Made it clean placing all gear until four moves into layback, then felt a bit out of balance and called for take. I rested twice in total, with the second rest directly after clipping 4th bolt.

Second attempt of the day. Climbed cleanly to clip third bolt. Pulled up onto the layback and went two more overhands before chickening out and calling for a take. Felt out the next moves and feet before climbing to a nice right hand layback for 4th bolt clip, then called for a take again. Took a long rest and felt the next holds a bit before taking two moves above the clipping hold to throw for jug, then gaston left and straighten up and climb to the top without any more takes. So a bit of progress compared to my first go. Happy with that effort on reduced sleep
