fell due to the climb breaking. that is the way when forging forward with new routes. the moves over the overhand are powerful and good looking. if they are the moves are the same once we have pulled all the loose rock off it ill be amazed

In my approach shoes. Makes for a much trickier climb and makes you miss those little edges.

FA. Some people have complained the 3-4 bolt is a bit far spaced. Its not.

Some committing moves on thin leag gear. Look forward to taking the challenge one day.

Messed up the crux the first time and messed up the bulge alternative finish the second time. Not my finest moments.

Direct finish over the roof probably goes on the 5.10s if we clean it and work the moves.

Crux got me trying to go through the overhang. Looks like it goes at about 5.12

High feet to start and very specific hand placement there after. A nice little climb

Ran up this on second but lost the onsight because I thought I'd already climbed it. Ah well

Lead clean as my one of my first leads in a while. A little more sketchy then I would have liked.

Keep your head. It's all there but you just got to find the right set of moves. Actually a real shame not to onsight because there is only one way up.

Retreated from the direct finish on lead. That's a tough dihedral into roof for the grade

Claiming the onsight, though purists may insist I got beta on one hand hold (helpful but I would have found it soon enough)

Hang dogged but only one slip just after the first bolt. Crux went clean

Bit of a spaced out lead for someone of my size. Backed off the lead but seconded happily only do watch all the taller boys and girls walk up it with no problems on top rope. A little discouraging. They could at least make it look like they are working.
