Ascents in Silverminor

Enjoyed getting my ass handed to me on this one.

A route of two halves -- crimp for your life, then do battle with an offwidth.

Fun route! Harder than a 18 👍

Cruxy start, committing crimps - it’s the off-width crux part in the middle that is too hard and burly for me and hurts my shoulder. Not gonna attempt again but gave it my best 😁

Warmed up on the route and it felt too hard to do, bad idea 😆 Then toproped and worked out the moves. Sent on 3d go 🕺🏽 Enjoyed it, fun route!

2nd Go

Ridiculous start! Finally worked with a foot way out right.

Small feet -- felt very insecure for an 18

Worked with Josh. Never laughed so much. Felt very smooth when working out the finger lock sequence and importantly the foot movement beta.

Eish battled the beginning, almost came off at the top. Then deep breathing throughout the route. I did it trad style, clipped three bolts and then downclimbed to a rest. Then powered the deadpoint. Really think this route is cool, feels like climbing on TM. Climbed with Rasmus. Third go on this climb. When I attempted it after lockdown in the UK I felt nowhere. Very cool day of climbing, cruised Josies, Cool Luke and Stirling.
