6a+ recaderia vertical - with Shaun Hurrell Sport 150m Very Good

First multi-pitch! Really enjoyed it, although last pitch with 15kg bag was quite hard! Nice to be able to descend by climbing sideways from the top anchor and then following the path and a via ferrata-style goat path

A great outing with a fun exciting approach on fixed ropes. A fantastic day for Jolle's first multipitch! Some greenery on the ledges added to the experience but the main sections of each pitch had decent rock and really nice moves. The last pitch (~6a+) was especially good. Some of the bolts look pretty old but all seems safe. The first anchor is backed up with a third newer bolt. The guidebook says it's five pitches with a rappel descent, but it is easy to top out with a short sixth pitch (grade ~3) where there are some good trees with slings to use as an anchor, then walk off (glad we carried a second rope all the way up for the rappel....). We actually 'topped out' to the right side of the 6a+ anchor and discovered this after. There are good, new fixed ropes to descend from the top to a path, from which you can walk right and down through the Cave of the Goats (short, easy 'via ferrata' of fixed ropes) for the ultimate loop back to the bottom
