Approach
Take exit on to the Clara Barton Parkway to Carderock Park. Park at the Billy Goat Trail Section C northern carpark, and walk 5 minutes towards the Potomac river (Southwest). You will reach a cliffline and roughly directly in front of the trail is an access gully. Then, if you turn left you can access Jungle Hades Heights.
