Ascents in Jimmywood

good beginner climb!

Just guessing at the date. took me a surprising number of tries. First tried in 2014 and was too scared to lead it then past bolt 2.

Now this one was fun, my first time and almost on-sighted it on Top-Rope!! Went to the right when I should've gone left! Oh well it's the life of climbing. Will try again, but this time on Lead!! With only 1 fall I'm pretty sure I got a Lead Flash coming soon!!!

Fun. Reachy with deadpoint moves.

Lead up all the way to the roof and got stuck

Need strong arms for this start. The rest is solid 5.8

Long route with varied climbing. Opening boulder sequence can throw you off.

Fun romp on jugs.

Did have some try at start

Missed the boulder move like 3 times before I sent this thing. The boulder felt considerably harder than other 10's in the park but it could have just been me. The climb doesn't appear to get much traffic. Think it would be a good test piece for an intermediate leader.

Easy low grade climbing till you near the roof. Move into the roof with confidence as all the holds you need are there. Jugs abound on this route.

Had a couple slips early in the day but managed to pull off a clean red point on my third or so try. Great climb.

Super fun warm up.

So fun I climbed it twice in one day. Love the slopers.

Great roof climb. Very fun athletic moves with clean falls.

Pretty sure I bungled the sequence.

Finally nailed it clean. Even with the odd sequence.

Completely botched the crux. Misread the route and turned it into at least a number grade higher climb. Great face moves once you know the sequence.

Worked the crux out. Solid fun climb with some spicy exposure.

Super shaky that day. Should have onsighted it.
