did a combo with relics, made for a nice pitch, 1st crux 11a went fine, tricky to find the right way. The roof up top fooled me a couple of times before I got it. The big hold out right is just that big, dyno for it

little OW Crux bits (don't face home out right and cheat yourself) up front woke me up and the little roof problem kept me awake. big gear! nothing smaller than a . 75 and doubles to 3, used a 4 and 5 too.

a bit more spicy that expected. bring lots of big to medium sized nuts because the cam. placements can be pretty crap in that crack. a lot more sustained than it looked.. maybe it was the gear fear on those placements? hard to say.

would be a spicy lead but the gear looks decent. lots of . 3 in the sustained finger crack section. doesn't seem like a place you want to stop your flow but it's also the most likely fall area so... sew it up!

Mon 4th Sep 2023
bring trips 1-3 and two 4's if you really wanna be safe. .75 and . 5 have placements but no other good smalls. anchors at the top of the double cracks. recommend the cleaner to stop at the intermediate belay, pull the anchors then connect to that belay and lower off of it. our rope got stuck like so many others.
