Ascents in World as Clean by Kurt Doherty

After Matt's send. Dad did really well on TR too. This really is an excellent route. Was pouring rain when Matt got down, so I just went up on TR to get the gear off fast.

Cleaning gear after Matt's cuisy redpoint, and Mum and Dad's TR attempts. They both did really well, doing most of the moves with just a few rests! So good to see them have a strong session on the rope!

Also ick, though I did make this considerably harder by climbing direct up the gendarme thingo and not around it... plus, the finish seemed contrived with the route going up the line of most resistance over a few big boulders.

Didn't find this all that great. Some good movement in places but won't race back to lead it anytime soon. Felt easier than 'Elastic RURP'.

Following Peatey's solid send. Crack gloves are AMAZING. I can actually jamb now So excited. This route was beautiful as always! Easiest it's ever felt.

Such a nice route to finish a beautiful day on. Great casual session at Frog after wrecking myself setting at the gym. One year I'll spend the season here and get more efficient with gear, but I'm too keen for sport this year

Much more interesting than Electronic Flag. Such bomber gear on this.

Cleaning gear from this and Pipeline at the end of the day. It's quite nice cleaning both at once—saves a bit of time, and Pipeline's bolts aren't far from Devoid at all.

Great morning guiding Troy up this. He did superb and the weather couldn't have been better. He lead P1 and 3, I lead P2

So good. Luke did awesome on the onsight—the magic block and the moves above it are flipping cool, and the finish is a pumper! Simply amazing.

Great line and an awesome show watching Luke have a few battles on his onsight. Started raining lightly as I began climbing which made for some greasy holds and a little added spice.

After Luke's onsight. Love love love it. Must lead it myself. First big jug at the start is getting loose so use a light touch on it.

Warm up, but not very warming. Very cold day one cloud that blocked the sun and lots of bitter wind. Great route though.

Cleaning gear after Will's onsight attempt. Bummed he didn't get it, but he worked the moves well.

So, so, so good! Stoked to belay Scotty on his send. Great line with some solid stances to let you recover any pump.

After Scotty's lead. Not too bad for the first 2/3, but the off-width finish was less than pleasant. Quite dirty for the last few moves.

Pretty fun. Tried to deliberately jamb given I was on TR but didn't really stick to it haha

Such a great line made all the more rewarding and spicy by simul-climbing and the fact it was in the shade. Doing it simul made for a fast ascent and caused seconding to feel just as much on the sharp end as leading. Great way to finish the day after bailing on Sunburnt. So good!

Pitch 3 is pretty awesome. ~6 hours bottom to top for the three of us, and probably the same for Peta and Scott who went before us. Such an amazing day out.

The day of rain finally eased, so we went back. Tony flashed it and Will climbed clean from first after working out the start moves. Cleaned gear on second; still feels like a burly start for the grade.

Awesome climbing. Was surprised I got through this cleanly on my first attempt. Managed to find some pretty good jambs though I'm glad good stances came up pretty often. Can't wait to be able to lead on stuff like this!

Not as nice as HDZ, but still fun.

First pitch is consistent. Second pitch is great until you're over the bulge, becomes a set of stairs after that.
