Ascents in World as Hang dog by Andy Gnarr

Tried to avoid the crack at the top but feels much harder than 5.10a sticking strictly to the face. Ended up using the crack as an arête and a foot hold.

Fell on the first attempt of the crux at the top. Got it second try.

Managed to do all the moves, with lots of rests and a few falls in between.

Slab is hard.

Took 2 attempts to figure out the right beta to pull over the roof.

2nd last climb of the day and experimented with a few different ways of doing the top section... they didn't work very well.

Did this one at the end of the day and was too tired to get it in one go.

Messed up the sequence through the layback section and had to rest, then cheated by pulling on a draw at the top. Still a great climb.

Tricky moves on thin holds at the start. Leads into nice crack climbing above.

Awesome climb, but long and sustained. Made it to the second last bolt and just ran out of steam.

Couldn't get this clean on the first go, and the beta was tricky and some of the holds required cleaning.

Another climb with a few tricky moves, that are hard to figure out on the first go.

This climb isn't over until you climb the chains. Couldn't get it clean, on the first go.

Tried the 5.10b variation pulling straight through the roof and mixed up the beta and was too pumped after 'Salamander' and 'Sunflower'. Got it after a few tries.

Hard slabs

Tried this one again but got shut down on the last move of the crux.

Slipped out on the finger lock on the first attempt, but got it on the second. Still love this climb, it's one of my favorites in the area.

Remembered this climb being sustained, but it was harder than I remembered. Had to rest before going over the second bulge. Still good though.

Short but good climb, comes down to two hard moved on the face, but clipping the anchor from the mossy ledge above may be the scariest part.

Fell in the overhanging section, but made the move on the second try. Interesting climb with a dramatic change of style on the upper slab section.

Forgot how sustained the bottom section of this climb is. Will be back.

Top roped this first try to figure out the moves. This lives up to it's name.

Climbed this in the dark with a head lamp... would not recommend. Cheated my way through the hard sections.

Got squanched at the crux at the bottom, but was finally able to squanch my way through. Got a little schwifty through the middle and finally squanched my squanch to the top. Going to try to get my hands on some mega-seeds as a pick me up before trying this one again.

Got shut down on the crux for the second time. I think I've got the moves figured out now, I will be back.

Fun climb with a few technical moves. Hard to send with cold hands, need to go back to make it clean.

Cheated using the flake on the right instead of climbing the face.

Still can't get the finger lock first try, great climb!
