Had two attempts at the super tricky top section. Faffed about trying to pull up on the awful crimp with no feet before committing to the layback at the top

Great until the top crux, very tricky indeed

Bailed off onto the variant finish which was also pretty cool but not what we came to tackle. I really would love to proper commit to the layback but someones broken a brassy right in the only constriction available. Flicked around up there for god knows how long and yim extended a totem in from the VF which we ended up escaping via. Honestly wouldnt have been a terrible whip if the cam held but the rock around it was pretty uninspiring. I stepped far enough into the crux that i could tell the big side pull wasnt as good as it looked and couldnt figure the seq so gingerly downclimbed and further embarrased myself and hauled up yims gear on the mightily sandbagged gynaecology next door. Stellar effort from yim freeing that with some funky knee jam beta that resulted in a stuck hand and some nervous mantle moments!? The rain hit just as we were cleaning.

Not particularly in the mood for the sketchy crux...

Feeling good at the wire placement only to find that a inconsiderate previous ascentionist had left the head of a large RP welded in there sans cable. This is a little annoying because it ruins the experience (placement) for the next person. Buy a hammer + cold chisel from Bunnings and knock it out, if you can afford RP's you can afford to clean em!

Top roped to the upper flat wall but couldn't get the finish, very thin.

This has made it on my Top 5 Classics of KP alongside Olos Slab, Piles, Brisbane Bitter, and Idiot Wind. Took a couple of sits on the RPs at the crux ... blew the onsight by letting myself get too aroused ( ) and snowballing into adrenaline haha. Manage to calm myself down after a couple sits and find a good sequence. What a classic sequence it is ...

Lead up to the last bolt just to check the crux moves out then thought 'screw it, I'll go for the onsight.' One big whipper later and I was safely on the ground again. Gonna try the top rope next time!!

The crack at the top isn't as easy as I thought it would be. After a big whippa I didn't feel confident making the last few moves to the top without a wire.

Finally can tick this! Not clean, but first time working the moves tail-end of the crux. Super weird. Super psyched.

I really love this climb and I can never get it clean - but I will keep coming back for more.

Harder and harder on the way up to thin slab and crux. Lots of sweating and swearing. A nice project to have.

I'm still working on this one. I'm having a tough time with the crux at the top. Any suggestions are welcome.

Loved this climb, difficult top section.

great climbing, fell once in the little finger crack at the end

Great easy moves from the bottom with real class. Then what a crux. Not terribly difficult but definately precise. Can't imagine how Marting was feeling on lead (2 nuts in the crack)

Finally. Rock at top has gotten more greasy over time.

Still can't do it cleanly

Contrived climb. This shouldn't even have one star. Fell of at the top a few times, trying to go straight up the middle. I ended up going of to the slight right.

Earnt its 3 stars. Got it down to 2 rests the second time for the night

Good solid climb which gets progressively harder. Got to top section alright, then fell just under big undercling. Then I fel again, and again.and....pulled the rope and fell...jez that last 2m are major for the grade!
