The finger crack was seeping and so we took an easier crack to the left that seemed around grade 19. Then stepped right onto the face. We were a bit confused at the start as there was 3 possible starts.

Very pleasant line. Nice mix of trad and fixed. Well done to the team.

Thin and slabby, but the holds are there.

Good holds, easy moves.

Time the waves on start to keep dry. Straightforward, but keep your head through the middle section.

A fairly committing highball. Excellent friction!

Layback fun.

Got the pink in a few goes.. not enough juice left to go the full send.. to many beers for this old man.. rad line

Fun climb, there are three distinct sections each quite enjoyable.

First time I had the courage to lead the climb. Great introduction to off width climbing. There is one carrot on the flake side, then another on the main bolder half way up. Anchor is one carrot and one ring bolt.

Found it quite difficult for a 14 compared to other routes in area.

Classic line! First few moves adds a bit and makes the set up for stand-start a wee bit more challenging.

Did in 2 parts, was fun despite the sticks on the ground.

Flashed starting right foot up on small dip (v0), then did again lower and to the right with the inner arete in and left foot to same dip (v1-2)

Really good climb. Definitely worth the bush bash in.

The start was wet but was to psyched to not lead it so just did it anyway. Quality line!

Came back after 4 years and got my arse fairly kicked 😂 ticked the sit start from the lip no probs which goes at around v2/3.. a few crushers along for the sesh - agreed the original grade was a bit of a sandbag..

Mega line this one, and definitely agree with it being one of the best in the state, got it onsight which was a surprise.. crux was getting past the dead bush at the start 😂 fairly sustained

I ALMOST had this one! Thought it was time to give an 18 a go. Airy climb with smashing swell beneath you is a great time to try hard right?!

I was very tempted to give myself a clean for this one too but being honest with myself I know there was one move that despite having two points of contact, if Ryan didn’t have me tight I would have come off so a dog it is, and I love dogs so I don’t mind.

Fun climb, secure crack and epic to climb with waves crashing all around you, whales breaching and the sun setting. Really proud of all I have learnt in the last few weeks that made this classic possible for me.

I honestly surprised myself on this one! Without my slap lesson yesterday I think I would have bailed V early. Despite the smooth beginning there was some very fun moves that I surprised myself with being able to do pretty easily. Shows what climbing consistently will get you!

Intro to slab. Didn’t hate it the way I thought I would .

Really fun boulder, much better than anything else around for people like me who can't climb very well and like nice big handholds.
