There are two ways. Walk from the beginning of the cablecar to the middle station of the cablecar. Second way (not confirmed): there is or was a second way. Take the right turn on the kiosk in the direction of the peak. Take a left turn on the first branching (dirt path). There was or is a red band there. The crossing has two trash cans and a bench shortly after it (remember that, if you walk by, you missed the dirt path branch). Then there should be a path going down somewhere in the forest (I couldn't find it and technically you standing now above the wall somewhere).
