Equipo fijo: Anchors need replacement

All the anchor chains atop these routes are super rusty to the point of seeming dangerous.

The bolts (glue-in) are mostly in good or very good condition, so just the chains that need to be upgraded.

If you can't change the chains, bring maillons and extra cordelette to make the anchors more safe. We left multiple maillons and carabiners at the tops to be safe when cleaning the routes.
