Acceso

Park at Elvarheim Museum in Åmli, follow the path to "Trogfjellstigen".

Head towards the wall from the shelters about half-way. Follow blue-marked path to the start of the via ferrata.

Follow the wall 50 m to the right and that’s where the route starts

Main wall/Hovedveggen
“Sponsor Wall” offers by far the easiest routes from 5c. The crag continues southwards with a overhanging walls, sector “Halvmåne”, and down to “Vaskebrett” and “Børres Sol & Bol”. At the end of the crag, there is a 30m high via ferrata.
“Competition Wall”
is a very impressive 55m high amphitheatre with hard and some ungraded routes. The left and right sectors offers easier routes.
