Driving from Campo to Ainsa (N-260), you pass the Village of Forada del Toscar. The highway-like road forces you to a) either leave it and drive through the upper village (slow, limited parking) or b) park at the rest place (benches) and walk the rest to the prominent cliff NW of the village.
