This attempt to dial the link up of the 1st and 2nd pitch via ropesolo is up here for clarification of a good old fashioned witch 🧙‍♀️ hunt. Contrary to the bullshit that was said I was not the person… nor did I wish to have bolts added to the upper pitch. And after the weird vibe I was given about these “mysterious” bolts appearing, I not only removed them but also retro’d and installed a new station. New bolts have dust, markings and tell tale signs for quite a while (the hangers were far from new) after they’re installed on an overhanging wall that doesn’t see rain. I do have photos of them before I removed, filled them in and camouflaged them. A big thank you (especially to the weenie who most likely installed them in the 1st place for belaying me to remove them) and for using me and my attempts to work the route as an opportunity to throw someone under the bus for his own mistakes. Also? Maybe check the timelines of how many clips were published in Derek Galloways guide before that accusation. Just an idea 💡

Great. Just really long! Jugs all the way but the 10 deg angle of the wall and the near 30m length takes it out of you

Basically bolt to bolt, was pretty tired at this stage. Great moves the whole way up

A picturesque arete and a fantastic climb.

Wow! What a great route (terrible warmup though lol). This would be really hard at the grade if you didn't use the handjam rests in the horizontal breaks (the Rockies climbers I saw didn't seem to do this)

Steep, quality jams and gear

1 attempt - Man this one never lets up! Gets 11c in the book, but its a bit of a sandbag at that grade IMO. Power endurance fest the whole way. Managed to get just past halfway on my onsight attempt. Then only a couple of bolts at a time from there. Mega classic. If this is at your grade and you only visit Louise once, make sure you get on it.

Trad Such a voyage! So good.. Even avoiding the Arete there's no way it's 13a.

Reachy crux, came off first go, sorted dodgy feet as can't reach from decent ledge, lowered to lay down rest and did from there. We had a shuttle to catch

Soooo pumpy. Hung the draws. Fell twice. 2 Takes.

Started with the 2nd bolt stick clipped. Climbed smart. Felt waaay easier. Still pumped out of my mind going for the last bolt!

So pumpy, need to get stronger before this ones getting a redpoint! So fun though!

Almost made it! This climb is basically 10 V2-V3 boulder problems stacked on top of each other up an overhanging arete with a nice no hands rest halfway up. Such a beauty and hopefully I'll be able to try it again. Just ran out of juice near the top on the onsight burn and screamed like a scared goat as I took a nice big lob.

What a gem. How often do you get to do sustained overhanging face climbing on trad gear while throwing run out heel hooks! Wussed out of trying to link the second 11c pitch in one go. Might give it a lash next time.

Pathetic cries of I'm about to get big air time saw me quiver to the top. So pumped.

wow, what a pump! either very unfit or this is a sandbag and a half!!! super good holds but you get pumped early on... tactic game to depump and keep going. thought i was off about 3 times but miraculously managed to stay on regardless of mega pump!

Had a bad day. Siege tactics to get to the top and still couldn't get there. Next time as this is a sweet line
